Cancellation Policy

Messianic Supply Consulting Policy 2024 Welcome to Messianic Supply Consulting! We specialize in design consultation for clients looking to build a merch or clothing brand. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, please review the following policy: 1. Consultation Process Initial Consultation: A complimentary initial meeting to discuss your brand vision, goals, and project scope. Proposal & Agreement: After the initial consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the design process, timeline. Work will begin once the proposal is approved and a signed agreement is received. 2. Payments & Fees Payment: Full payment is required to secure our services and begin the project. If said client desires 4 or more design concepts, a 50% deposit will be required before work begins. Payment Schedule: Payment will be split into 2 installments, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed timeline for clients desiring 4 or more design concepts. Late Payments: A late fee of 15% will be applied to any invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date. 3. Design Process & Revisions Concept Development: We will present 2-3 design concepts based on your vision and brand guidelines. Revisions: Two revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $25 per revision. Approval: Final designs will be sent for your approval. Once approved, any changes requested will be considered additional revisions. 4. Intellectual Property Ownership: Upon full payment, all approved final designs will be transferred to the client. Messianic Supply Co., LLC retains the right to use these designs for portfolio and promotional purposes. Messianic Supply Co., LLC retains the right to utilize unused designs with the written (email, cell phone text message, or letter) consent of said client. Licensing: All design elements created for your brand are exclusive to your business unless otherwise stated. 5. Project Timeline Deadlines: We commit to meeting agreed-upon deadlines, provided all necessary information and feedback from the client is received on time. Delays: Any delays in providing feedback or required materials may affect the overall project timeline. 6. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and brand confidentiality.
